Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Natural Sciences, commercial studies, clinical or technical training, and have at least 3 years of demonstrable experience in the sales of medical devices. Medical or medical technical knowledge and experience in quotation preparation are also required, along with IT skills including proficiency in Outlook and CRM systems.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling all products and services of the Front Line Care (Welch Allyn) product portfolio, developing sales and marketing strategies, and maintaining contacts with medical and non-medical professionals. They will fulfill annual sales targets, create a business plan to maximize sales and market penetration, develop and promote a strong brand in the region, support and train customers, and coordinate the introduction of new products. Furthermore, they will manage key accounts and cultivate relationships with important stakeholders, and support independent representatives and distribution partners.
