  • Sales experience with explainable products in the medical technology industry
  • Good anatomical knowledge
  • Strong technical affinity and good IT skills
  • Friendly and open demeanor, with a high degree of service-orientedness and commitment

  • Good English skills (written and spoken)
  • Experience in a large corporation with a matrix structure is an advantage
  • Experience in the fields of HNO (ENT) and endocrine surgery is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Realizing assigned sales targets and profit goals
  • Providing sales forecasts and conducting sales analyses
  • Implementing sales and marketing strategies and developing market presence
  • Representing the company to customers, opinion leaders, and decision-makers
  • Participating in national trade fairs and congresses, and monitoring competition
  • Presenting the entire product portfolio to doctors, nurses, and purchasing/administration personnel, including product training and onboarding of doctors and nurses
  • Conducting seminars and training events
  • Providing technical support in the operating room for hospital staff
  • Maintaining contact with decision-makers on the customer side and opinion leaders in the market
