Responsibilities

  • Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings

  • Assist customers with product problems and provide guidance on proper use and maintenance
  • Perform field calls for the account and assigned territory
  • Cross-sell additional products or manage new product introductions
  • Address any problems that arise on the account
  • Support compliance and ethical practices
  • Maintain training in sales skills and products
  • Stay current on industry, customer, and competitive trends
  • Participate in sales meetings and professional association meetings as needed
  • Coach, train, or mentor Sales Associates as needed
