Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related courses
  • 0-6 years of demonstrated sales experience in the medical devices or healthcare industry (0-3 years for Sales Rep I; minimum 3 years for Sales Rep II)
  • Open to fresh graduates willing to learn and develop career in CRM sales
  • Excellent commercial business acumen, active and outgoing personality, flexible and team-oriented
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean languages
  • Computer and MS Office proficient
  • Active driver’s license
  • Industry experience including previous experience in surgical assistance is highly regarded (Medical Devices or Healthcare)
  • Experience/exposure in relevant products (Pacemakers) is preferred
  • Direct experience interacting and dealing with key opinion leaders and other leading roles in the scientific and clinical community is a great plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute competitive action plans to achieve sales target in territory
  • Pick up product knowledge, information, and intervention procedures to be a specialist in area
  • Launch products to target customers through sales promotion and activity
  • Organize product training for Physicians & Technicians in hospital to deliver accurate usage of products
  • Provide qualified service to teaching hospitals through organizing program
  • Focus on key products and new products aligned with the strategy of company
  • Instant and accurate reporting about product complaints complying with company policy
  • Report market situation and competitor activity to upper level with accuracy
  • Harmonize with staffs of distributor through effective communication to develop in-charge territory
  • Learn and memorize company mission and value for execution
