Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing or other Health related disciplines
  • +3 years of relevant experience in Spine technologies, products and services
  • Professional fluency in Dutch and English, in writing and in speech
  • Team player with strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and without supervision
  • Full clean driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Promoting and selling Medtronic's Spinal/Biologics products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Supporting the clinical staff during procedures with technical advice
  • Developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
  • Pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's Spinal/Biologics
  • Promoting and providing training of the Medtronic's products and/or services
  • Collaborating with colleagues selling other Products of Medtronic Cranial and Spinal technologies portfolio (eg Navigation, 3d imaging, drills, etc…) in the same accounts
