Requirements

  • Passionate about driving Nike Skateboarding marketplace strategy
  • Strong ability to analyze wholesale and retail business performance

  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (retailers, authenticators, skateboarding community)
  • Ability to serve as Nike Brand ambassador and primary point of contact
  • Expertise in assigned territory (East Territory)
  • Willingness to facilitate market travel to key destinations as required

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary business liaison for key partners in the East Territory
  • Drive and deliver against financial targets for specified account base, including order entry, bookings reconciliation, and product deliveries
  • Implement consumer CODE and GO-TO-MARKET process, including leading customer sell-ins, quarterly business reviews (QBR), multi-season order management, and business result recaps
  • Ensure orders are entered fully and on time; proactively manage product shipments with Marketplace Operations team
  • Manage key franchise and track trends to inform forecasting and ensure healthy marketplace
  • Work with cross-functional partners on Go-To-Market process to internalize Global and Geography Toolkits and create account-specific content
  • Build partner-specific assortments aligned with consumer-centric strategy, Merchandise Financial Plan, Franchise/Classification Plan, and Allocation Plan
  • Collaborate with Planning and Marketing to review assortments and influence marketing plans
  • Present seasonal Merchandising/Product Priorities, partner-specific assortments, samples, and imagery in partner meetings
  • Handle current seasonal account issues and concerns; plan and forecast for next season; manage quarterly and yearly goals and targets
