  • Direct sales responsibilities, potentially directing lower-level sales professionals or managing sales processes/accounts with multiple team members

Responsibilities

  • Overachieve sales revenue and market share targets for specified regional territory by promoting CRM products and therapies to doctors/specialists
  • Practice effective account management, KOL management, promote therapies, maintain product and technical competency, and provide timely market information (MIS)
  • Achieve Secondary AOP in terms of product units and revenue
  • Ensure coverage of all accounts based on customer segmentation within territory, in agreement with manager, for optimum exposure and time management
  • Maintain and expand existing business and develop new business opportunities
  • Identify customers/doctors and drive customer engagement activities, market development initiatives (e.g., HF Clinic, Project Engage, Go Direct, KAM & Ecom), and create awareness about products and therapies
  • Assist and provide support to doctors on implants in the cathlab
  • Manage marketing expenses and spend on marketing programs for HCP
  • Communicate marketing plans, intelligence, competitor activity, potential sales leads, product price, or account activity promptly to company personnel
  • Recognize and understand competitive products, features, strengths relative to company products, and provide information in agreed format weekly to manager
  • Manage KOLs by scheduling activities, planning effective customer engagement programs (e.g., CMEs, RTMs) per BCS compliance, and maintaining productive relationships
  • Plan and execute training and technical programs for Key Hospitals
  • Engage non-prescribing customers, hospital administrators, and staff to maintain productive relationships
  • Acquire and maintain comprehensive clinical and technical product and therapy knowledge
  • Undertake distributor reviews: understand stock availability, daily coordination with distributors, monitor distributor-customer relationships
  • Develop and maintain accurate account and territory records
  • Complete administrative reporting as assigned (e.g., expense reports, account profiles and analysis, daily planners, competitive updates)
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, develop new customer relationships, implement sales strategies, and close sales
