Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 50% English proficiency, desirable experience in negotiations with hospitals and basic figures (private and decentralized), satisfactory MyPM rating (internal candidates), SPP metrics meeting objectives (internal candidates), successful sales performance in Segments 1 and 2, or territory growth of 2 Quintiles in the last year (internal candidates), verifiable successful commercial results in the last two years, adherence to Leadership Behaviors (clear and assertive communication, commitment, teamwork, responsibility, decision-making, action, empathy), and high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

The Sales Representative for Dermatology will be responsible for opening markets and generating demand in the private and healthcare sectors (IMSS, ISSSTE & HDE), managing access and processes in decentralized institutions, searching and developing new business opportunities in private and decentralized markets, traveling to locations including Tampico, Aéreo, Nuevo Laredo, Victoria, and Reynosa, and meeting with hospitals and figures to build relationships and drive sales.
