Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by executing a strategic sales plan for existing and new clients, aligned with business objectives
  • Develop and implement tailored account plans addressing unique client challenges and opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Business Line Heads, Product Leads, and Marketing to create and execute strategies for client acquisition, segment penetration, product diversity, and transaction volume growth
  • Analyze the global competitive and regulatory landscape to inform strategic decisions and client engagements
  • Utilize the CRM system for proactive communication across segments to drive sales efforts
  • Represent OSTTRA at industry conferences, trade shows, and professional associations to showcase value proposition and expand networks
  • Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, lead prospecting, data and trend analysis, managing client relationships for satisfaction and retention
  • Present the OSTTRA value proposition effectively for new and existing services
  • Negotiate commercial terms with key decision-makers to maximise revenue potential
  • Collaborate with sales team and product specialists, engaging various departments to deliver tailored solutions and foster long-term partnerships
