Requirements

  • Knowledgeable and motivated professional capable of working effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Experience in sales planning, commercial strategy, and execution within biopharmaceuticals, preferably in liver disease or related therapeutic areas
  • Ability to lead and facilitate PDCA planning cycles, KPI/KGI formulation, and effectiveness evaluation
  • Skills in optimizing organization, sales structure, resource allocation, and strategic OPEX planning
  • Capability to recruit, develop, coach human resources, and lead strategic rotation/shifting of sales personnel (RDs/TSs)
  • Strong collaboration skills with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, Public Affairs, HR, finance, and other teams
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales activities, identifying strategic insights, hypothesis testing, and proposing actions

Responsibilities

  • Drive the commercial strategy and sales plan execution across the Liver Franchise
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, Public Affairs, HR, finance, and other teams to develop and implement an integrated commercial sales strategy
  • Ensure the Liver Business Unit achieves sales goals and target shares through PDCA planning and maximization of commercial capability & competency
  • Optimize organization, sales structure, and resource allocation; examine and propose appropriate organization and territory
  • Recruit, develop, coach human resources, and contribute to organizational enhancement
  • Propose strategic OPEX plans and reconfigurations to optimize resource allocation
  • Contribute to strategic and tactical planning; work with cross-functional departments to develop optimal business plans
  • Lead KPI and KGI formulation, PDCA consensus building, and effectiveness evaluation in line with POA
  • Enhance customer contact and sales insights, identify strategic insights, and promote hypothesis testing
  • Strengthen execution of strategies and tactics; develop and improve sales plans to maximize departmental results
  • Examine targeting and make proposals to maximize business
  • Lead planning, facilitation, and management of decisions at Business Unit meetings
  • Establish framework for priority institutions with related departments and strengthen measures
  • Create system to collect and deploy effective initiatives
  • Identify issues and opportunities from sales activities and propose actions based on deep insights
  • Lead development of templates for sales reporting documents in line with POAs, KGIs, and KPIs
