Requirements

  • Experience in sales coaching, enablement, or performance management, ideally within financial services or regulated environments
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering coaching programmes that drive sales capability and commercial outcomes
  • Experience facilitating group and 1:1 coaching sessions, both virtually and in-person, using a variety of sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN, Consultative Selling)
  • Intermediate-level practitioner with a passion for developing others and driving performance
  • Experience as a facilitator, coach, and mentor
  • Comfortable working with all levels from new hires to senior sales leaders
  • Apply analytical approach by using data to guide decisions and demonstrate willingness to change based on priority changes

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales leaders and enablement teams to identify performance gaps and capability needs across the sales organisation
  • Design and deliver targeted coaching interventions (onboarding, new proposition launches, deal coaching, performance improvement) for individuals and teams
  • Facilitate group workshops, 1:1 coaching sessions, and ongoing reviews to embed best practices and drive behaviour change
  • Leverage conversation intelligence and sales engagement platforms (e.g., GONG, SalesLoft) to analyse sales calls, emails, and interactions
  • Support managers in their role as performance coaches, providing tools, frameworks, and feedback to help them develop their teams
  • Analyse sales performance data, balanced scorecards, and system adoption metrics to measure impact and refine coaching programmes
  • Champion continuous improvement by staying up to date with the latest trends in sales capability, methodologies, and enablement technology
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure coaching aligns with business priorities and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to the onboarding and development of new sales hires, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid ramp-up
