Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or management consulting, preferably supporting Enterprise B2B SaaS organizations. A strong understanding of territory planning, pipeline governance, and sales process enablement is required, along with proficiency in Salesforce and advanced Excel/Sheets skills. Experience with BI tools like Sigma is a plus. The role requires excellent communication, prioritization, and project management skills, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to travel quarterly for QBRs.
The Sales Operations Analyst will act as an operational partner to Sales Leaders and Account Executives, providing tactical support and strategic insights to enhance sales productivity. Responsibilities include supporting global territory optimization and account assignment, enforcing pipeline management best practices, developing process documentation and SOPs, educating sales teams on policies, and driving adherence to internal rules of engagement. The analyst will also partner with GTM Systems on Salesforce enhancements, lead special projects, and perform ad hoc data analysis and reporting.
