Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field. A minimum of 6 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support functions is required. A good understanding of CRM systems and the expected sales behaviors is essential, along with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Candidates should have the ability to handle and analyze large amounts of data, present findings, and follow up on actions, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
The Sales Operations Specialist will analyze sales data to support decision-making and ensure data quality. They will coordinate country sales activities, manage annual customer segmentation, and act as a liaison between Sales and other Sales Operations roles. The specialist will identify gaps in sales pipelines, assist in process harmonization initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with sales objectives. Additionally, they will create reports in the CRM and participate in audits by providing necessary inputs.
