  • Expertise in managing end-to-end supply management related to product roadmap, demand & supply, rebate, inventory, and handling daily customer issues
  • Experience working with cross Geo, Country, Territory, cross-organization, and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Drive tactical demand forecast accuracy in alignment with supply, gain visibility to customer data (sales strategies, market conditions, production plan, inventory, consumption, sales out data, competition), and provide product mix or supply guidance through customer collaboration
  • Utilize and support continuous improvements for systems, business processes, tools, and reports
  • Work with internal teams to ensure customer data is accurate, compliant, and created within SLA
  • Provide business operation support to various Business Units, collaborating with field sales, BU category sales, cross Geo/Country/Territory organizations, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage demand and supply through long-term demand forecast with product transition plan and supply guidance to customers
  • Provide customer business analysis using visibility into sales strategies, market conditions, production planning, pipeline tracking, inventory/consumption status, sales out data, and competition landscape
  • Provide product pricing support as part of meet-competition strategy to win business
