Requirements

Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role is required, along with a deep understanding of SaaS Go-To-Market models, including land-and-expand, recurring revenue, and product-led growth. Prior experience in sales operations and sales administration within the public sector market, particularly supporting sales to the US Federal government with a focus on the Department of Defense, is essential. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with competing priorities and proven experience in operationalizing scalable pipeline management processes are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for owning end-to-end sales operations, including process implementation, CRM management, sales forecasting, quota tracking, and performance analytics. This role involves coordinating sales forecasting processes, tracking sales cycles, and implementing comprehensive pipeline and forecast reporting. Key duties include ensuring CRM data accuracy, developing and maintaining dashboards for key SaaS metrics like ARR, ACV, churn, and CAC, and monitoring sales performance. The manager will also drive continuous process improvement and automation in lead management and forecasting, lead sales team onboarding and training on processes and tools, and ensure compliance with data standards in Salesforce. Additionally, the role requires building consensus for reporting transparency, monitoring sales report accuracy, assisting with sales incentive compensation administration, and executing discretion with confidential company information.
