Requirements

Candidates should possess a 4-year degree and at least 1+ years’ experience in a professional setting, along with superior adaptability, resourcefulness, and problem-solving abilities. Proven effective verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is a strong work ethic and customer service record. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills are also required. Furthermore, candidates must be US citizens due to contractual requirements with the federal government.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Operations Associate, you will act as a link between the sales team and various counterparts, potentially joining customer and supplier visits. You will research and disseminate information regarding potential customers and supplier activities, cost, and schedule of projects, collaborating with the local team. This role involves evaluating opportunities, developing penetration plans, and providing direction to the Arrow team, with a focus on identifying and developing 2-3 Global OEM customers. You will create and drive strategy for the transfer of associated materials and liabilities, drive and coordinate transfer quoting, and provide on-going training for Arrow teams on managing global transfers. Additionally, you will manage customer quotes activities in line with customer-specific strategies, quoting processes, and order management, and may be responsible for smooth transitions and coordinating activities related to customer quotes.
