Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, along with experience utilizing Salesforce or BI tools.
The Sales Operations Analyst will optimize sales systems and processes by customizing Salesforce, implementing automation, and improving internal tools to streamline the quote-to-order lifecycle. They will also build reports, dashboards, and run analyses to support forecasting, performance reviews, pipeline health, and GTM strategy, drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations, and support strategic initiatives such as annual planning, territory design, quota setting, and compensation operations as the team scales.
