Candidates should possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, and 3-5 years of experience in sales or marketing. They should also be able to travel abroad, demonstrate strong leadership skills, possess clear critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and have proficiency in using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. Military service completion or exemption is required.
The Sales Marketing Manager will develop marketing plans and business plans to meet or exceed financial goals, collaborate with multi-functional teams to develop strategies and plans, manage and improve distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising, translate business plans into selling narratives for customers, serve as the face of P&G to key customers, derive insights from data and shopper behavior to execute marketing tactics, lead a mix of projects, provide input into retailer category strategy, and be the point of brand and category expertise with customers.
