Requirements

  • UAE National (Emirati)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Born leader passionate about making things happen and collaborating with diverse groups
  • External focus and passion for Sales / Marketing
  • Brings creativity & innovation to work
  • Strong analytical thinking and skills
  • English fluency (Arabic is a plus)
  • Maximum 3 years of relevant Sales experience (preferably in FMCG)

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining a productive long-term relationship with customers
  • Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements, shoppers, categories, and market
  • Adapting and optimizing country commercial guidelines to specific client
  • Negotiating contracts, promo plans, and innovations
  • Preparing volume forecast and plans
  • Collaborating very closely with teams from other departments
  • Resolve any issues and problems of clients and act as a link between customer and internal teams
