Requirements

  • Solid track record with sales success, with experience in both individual contributor and managerial roles
  • Ability to manage, motivate and develop a sales team to achieve above target sales results
  • Communicating effectively both written and verbal for internal collaboration and client engagement
  • Lead generation and pipeline management – Understanding of how to build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
  • Motivated by targets and performance outcomes
  • Adapt strategies based on market changes and team needs

Responsibilities

  • Strategic planning and execution – Develop and implement effective sales strategies, and set goals and targets aligned with the wider business for the SDR team success
  • Team Leadership and Development – Recruit, train and mentor sales representatives. Monitor the team performance and provide coaching to improve results whilst promoting a target driven sales culture. Manage HR processes for underperformance or attendance
  • Sales Operations and reporting – Track sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports, forecast sales volumes and use CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and customer data
  • Collaboration and communication – Work with marketing, product and key stakeholders to build campaigns and schedule aligned to business requirements. Provide feedback to improve product offerings and marketing campaigns
