Requirements

Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience with Walmart Sales and Supply Chain Insights and/or Adult Beverage Industry, proven success in consultative, data-driven solution selling, a strong “hunter” mentality with a track record of exceeding sales goals, experience managing full sales cycles, excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset. Familiarity with NielsenIQ tools and platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager, the responsibilities include developing and executing a strategic sales plan for assigned clients and targets, leveraging insights to build persuasive proposals and sales materials, supporting program Director of Sales with thought leadership deliverables, maintaining accurate pipeline tracking and opportunity status updates, collaborating with internal teams, cultivating relationships with key client stakeholders, monitoring contracts to ensure timely delivery and renewal readiness, and providing client feedback to product teams to inform solution enhancements.
