Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience in sales management or a similar role, ideally within the Automotive Aftermarket
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Language proficiency: professional communication skills in Swedish and Norwegian, plus strong English skills
  • Sense of ownership and accountability, with commitment to achieving ambitious sales objectives
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, collaborative approach, and customer focus

  • Technical understanding and ability to engage confidently on technical topics

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and exceed financial targets
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Norwegian market, including key players across all relevant channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels and across diverse profiles
  • Create and implement account plans that deliver measurable business results and long-term value
  • Provide accurate monthly forecasts, assess risks and opportunities, and take corrective actions when needed
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless operations
  • Design and execute marketing activities in alignment with the marketing team to strengthen brand presence
  • Proactively identify challenges and implement cost-effective solutions to optimize efficiency
  • Monitor performance and report progress transparently to senior management, translating insights into actionable recommendations
