Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree, preferably in business administration or equivalent
  • Experience in sales, preferably combined with events/trade fairs
  • Interest in working with national and international industry customers
  • Strong communication skills to build and develop customer relationships
  • Structured, analytical, and results-oriented working style
  • Hands-on mentality, team player with high sense of responsibility
  • Communication skills in German and English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel occasionally domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

  • Advise existing customers, conduct strategic customer visits, and manage customer relationship building and maintenance
  • Identify new customer potentials and acquire new customers
  • Sell exhibition space, sponsorships, and related digital products
  • Design and further develop individual exhibition areas considering current market developments
  • Maintain the customer database
  • Represent the trade fairs at external events
  • Contribute expertise to sales-relevant budget parts
