The Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising assigned agents, continuously prospecting for agent candidates, conducting business inspections, providing service for agencies without assigned agents, and reporting to the District Manager. They will also spend 50-100% of their time in the field to support agents in their territories.
