Policygenius is seeking a Life Insurance Sales Associate to manage inbound leads for prospective life insurance customers via phone. This role focuses on simplifying the life insurance process, providing a positive, tech-enhanced customer experience, and working collaboratively within a sales team.

Requirements

  • Prior experience successfully selling a variety of life insurance products (term and permanent).
  • Active life insurance license.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager for career growth in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to learn from competitive peers and thrive in a target-driven environment with incentives.
  • Strong collaboration skills, comfortable using communication tools like Slack, Zoom, and Five9.
  • Excellent conversational skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Openness to feedback and a desire for continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends and evenings from home.

Responsibilities
