They will maintain a framework for investigating potential fraud, coordinate actions based on investigations, and provide direction to Partner Operations teams on agent-facing actions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance. Additionally, the role involves proactive supervision of agent sales practices, staying current on industry regulations, and informing strategies to uphold the highest standards of agent quality.
