Requirements

  • 5-10 years of successful track record in managing sales teams within the enterprise space, ideally addressing the FSI or Healthcare sectors
  • High energy and driven sales leader able to create and develop a highly-motivated, success oriented sales team
  • Strong knowledge of the Customer Experience space (Content, Commerce, Customer Journey Management, Data Insight and Activation)
  • 10+ years overall experience in business software selling required; a hybrid experience of selling software and services is a plus
  • Experience selling to executives (CxO, VP) highly valued
  • Knowledge of large sales models with complex ecosystem of partners is highly desired, as well as prior experience selling emerging technologies
  • Strong presentation skills, executive presence and influencing skills
  • Fluency in both English and French languages is absolutely mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and secure new lines of business within strategic accounts
  • Recruit, coach, mentor, manage and lead a diverse world-class team of sales professionals to achieve quarterly sales targets, including closing new business and expanding upon existing clientele
  • Collaborate across the business to develop the Go-To-Market, across the different segments and solutions
  • Sell into multiple levels of an organization with focus on executive engagement, open doors and empower your team
  • Manage a consultative sales process
  • Develop effective sales strategies, work with solutions consulting teams to deliver compelling value propositions, focused on use cases and attractive ROI
  • Identify and develop sales enablement opportunities as needed within your team
  • Cultivate and grow relationships with industry leaders that will lead to sales opportunities and new business
  • Apply a thorough understanding of the marketplace, industry trends, funding developments and products to all management activities and strategic sales decisions
  • Ensure that Sales department operations function smoothly, with the goal of facilitating executed sales and/or closings; operational responsibilities include accurate pipeline reporting and quarterly sales forecasts
