Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information to strategic plans, analyzing data and trends, and providing research to senior management
  • Identify market trends/opportunities and consumer requirements, define market and competitor analysis, forecast business, and establish targeted market share
  • Achieve sales objectives within product range or assigned districts by pursuing leads, promoting products, concluding orders, arranging sales logistics, analyzing sales records, and strategic planning
  • Maintain client contact for post-sales services, resolve issues/complaints, conduct product training, and prepare training materials
  • Improve product marketability and profitability by researching market opportunities, enhancing packaging, monitoring quality, solving quality claims, and coordinating new product development
