  • Experience in a similar sales role for min. 2 years

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals
  • Coordination of the Sales team and support to its members to generate new business directly as well as indirectly
  • Communication with clients
  • Acquisition of new clients
  • Monitoring of market development from the point of products, distributors and competitors
  • Presentation of products
  • Support of marketing actions e.g. trade fairs
  • Creation of reportings, benchmarkings and sales statistics
  • Cooperation with marketing, customer service, demand planning, finance and other departments
  • Active enforcement of legal, health and safety regulations in his team
  • Creation of sales policies
  • Complies with the guidelines and instructions of the Employer, as well as all Employer regulations/policies in their latest version as amended, as case may be, as well as with the instructions of the superiors, subject to the legal character thereof
