Experience in a similar sales role for min. 2 years

Responsibilities
Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals
Coordination of the Sales team and support to its members to generate new business directly as well as indirectly
Communication with clients
Acquisition of new clients
Monitoring of market development from the point of products, distributors and competitors
Presentation of products
Support of marketing actions e.g. trade fairs
Creation of reportings, benchmarkings and sales statistics
Cooperation with marketing, customer service, demand planning, finance and other departments
Active enforcement of legal, health and safety regulations in his team
Creation of sales policies
Complies with the guidelines and instructions of the Employer, as well as all Employer regulations/policies in their latest version as amended, as case may be, as well as with the instructions of the superiors, subject to the legal character thereof
