Requirements

Candidates should possess several years of experience in technical B2B sales, ideally within the security or building technology sectors. A technical understanding and the ability to present complex solutions clearly are essential, along with an established network in the Munich Süd/Tegernsee region or the motivation to build one. Proven success in managing demanding business clients and a hands-on approach to driving projects independently are also required. Furthermore, strong communication and consulting skills are necessary, alongside German language proficiency and advantageous English skills.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager, the individual will be responsible for actively shaping the sales of SimonsVoss's innovative locking systems within their region, managing their sales territory autonomously. They will identify new business opportunities with the support of the telemarketing team, present solutions to decision-makers, develop customized concepts for customer requirements, nurture and expand their network of planners, architects, and decision-makers, and analyze the market to develop strategies for unlocking new potential. They will also support customers from the initial idea to successful project completion and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
