  • Interest in a commercial career in Sales, specifically managing accounts with UK retailers
  • Willingness to be based at the Harrogate office (Northern sales HQ, no options for other sites except specified Weybridge role)

Responsibilities

  • Manage your own multi-million-pound business/account with major UK retailers from day one
  • Act as the key contact for building and maintaining relationships with retailers
  • Build and design ideas, strategize using analytics and shopper insights
  • Use relationships and market understanding to sell and execute ideas
  • Partner with functions like marketing, supply chain, and finance to drive category growth and consumer-focused initiatives
  • Participate in the Commercial Career Academy: work on real case studies, business and critical thinking challenges, networking, team building, presentation to P&G board, and final interview
