  • Thorough understanding of media systems and measurement metrics

Responsibilities

  • Creating targeted advertising schedules across all audio channels (linear, streaming, podcast), based on briefs received from advertising agencies
  • Grow market share & revenue across your client base
  • Understand the market trading conditions and negotiate trading discounts in conjunction with the Group Business Manager
  • Facilitate the sale of program sponsorships, sports sponsorships and spot packages
  • Day-to-day contact with key agency contacts
  • Accommodate and prioritise a number of concurrent advertising campaigns
  • Problem solving within the context of the job
  • Lead, manage and mentor a Sales Coordinator
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to advertising agencies and clients as the primary day-to-day contact for the media planner/buyer, driving revenue outcomes for Nine
