Qualify and manage inbound leads, determining appropriate sales processes, promoting products and services and converting enquiries into profitable customers
Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-up to drive conversion, ensuring proposals, Client Services Agreements (CSA’s) and client documentation (including checklists) are accurate and timely
Ensure compliance by completing risk assessments, adhering to pricing policies, and meeting regulatory and company standards
Collaborate with the Sales Support, Compliance and Business Development teams to ensure prospects and clients meet required standards and conversion objectives
Manage incumbent client reviews, including rate checks and SLA commitments, to ensure retention and growth
Maintain accurate pipelines in Salesforce, recording client information, tasks, cases, and actions to maximise sales effectiveness and provide timely reporting
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPI’s, including funnel activity, proposals, close rates, and compliance service levels
Participate in sales and product training sessions to strengthen solutions-selling capability and confidence
Perform additional duties as required to support sales success and company objectives
