Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and manage inbound leads, determining appropriate sales processes, promoting products and services and converting enquiries into profitable customers
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-up to drive conversion, ensuring proposals, Client Services Agreements (CSA’s) and client documentation (including checklists) are accurate and timely
  • Ensure compliance by completing risk assessments, adhering to pricing policies, and meeting regulatory and company standards
  • Collaborate with the Sales Support, Compliance and Business Development teams to ensure prospects and clients meet required standards and conversion objectives
  • Manage incumbent client reviews, including rate checks and SLA commitments, to ensure retention and growth
  • Maintain accurate pipelines in Salesforce, recording client information, tasks, cases, and actions to maximise sales effectiveness and provide timely reporting
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPI’s, including funnel activity, proposals, close rates, and compliance service levels
  • Participate in sales and product training sessions to strengthen solutions-selling capability and confidence
  • Perform additional duties as required to support sales success and company objectives
