Requirements

Candidates should possess 2+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, or similar role within the cybersecurity or SaaS industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals. Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST is advantageous, along with experience supporting multiple products.

Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer will partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to support sales activities for mid-market or enterprise segments, delivering high-impact product demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements. They will also understand customer security environments, respond to RFIs and technical queries with clarity, collaborate with Product Management to relay customer feedback, and act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, guiding them through the evaluation process. Furthermore, the Sales Engineer will support onboarding, configuration, and ensure a smooth technical handoff to post-sales teams, continuously research and monitor competitors, and build technical documentation tailored to specific client use cases.
