Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 6 years of hands-on technical experience as a Sales/Solutions/Systems Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Security Engineer, or senior-level product support in the technology industry, and require German native-speaking or fluent working proficiency. A strong background in cybersecurity and experience with SIEM, SOAR, or TIP platforms such as Splunk, QRadar, Google SecOps, Cortex XSOAR, Swimlane, Anomali, ThreatConnect, and ThreatQ is essential.

Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer will collaborate with clients to assess their cybersecurity needs and design solutions integrating Dataminr with various platforms, conduct in-depth product demonstrations showcasing the solution’s capabilities, lead customer proof of concept (POC) efforts, provide training sessions for sales staff and clients, work closely with the product team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product development, and mentor new team members in sales processes and customer relationship management.
