Responsibilities

As a Sales Engineer at WalkMe, you will support Account Executives by taking a consultative role in customer evaluation processes, including answering technical questions, troubleshooting development/configuration issues, and managing escalations to Support and Engineering. You will develop strong technical relationships within customer teams, acting as a trusted advisor, communicating the value of WalkMe products through various mediums like phone, presentation, and product demonstrations. Additionally, you will manage technical Proof of Concepts (POCs) both onsite and offsite, collaborate on and present custom product demonstrations to support the sales cycle, aggregate customer feedback and convey it to product management and engineering, and participate in field events to promote product knowledge and assist marketing efforts.
