Responsibilities

  • Work closely with sales teams to understand user needs, maximize opportunities, and build tailored plans demonstrating Gearset's value
  • Run tailored product demos and guide technical discussions on Git-based development, CI/CD best practices, and Salesforce DevOps
  • Provide consultative advice to customers on DevOps best practices and Gearset implementation
  • Debug complex issues and deliver world-class technical support
  • Act as a customer champion, representing user views to drive product development and improve satisfaction
  • Coach sales team on Gearset developments and Salesforce ecosystem changes
  • Collect and share user feedback with product, marketing, and sales teams to influence development
  • Stay updated on competition, product developments, and ecosystem changes
  • Maintain high-quality written and spoken communication
  • Contribute to and improve support documents, researching and writing new content as needed
