Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, along with 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, particularly with a focus on endpoint security, identity security, cloud security, threat intelligence, SIEM, and automation workflows. They should have a strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, and be comfortable articulating complex security problems to diverse audiences. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required, and the ability to travel up to 80% of the time is necessary.
As a Sales Engineer, the individual will be responsible for changing customer perceptions of next-generation endpoint technology, working collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering to deliver demonstrations and proof of value to prospects and customers, including C-level executives. They will articulate basic security problems, conduct engagements in a fast-paced environment, and serve as a technical bridge between CrowdStrike and its customers, while also considering travel requirements to markets such as Kuwait, Jordan, Oman & Egypt.
