  • Consistent track record to assess technology needs, design, and roll out to a large user group with high engagement

Responsibilities

  • Work with Commercial Operations director on strategy development & deployment of sales force effectiveness program aligning to commercial & sales strategy
  • Define guidelines, new tools & technologies to accelerate sales team success (e.g., AI, mobility tools)
  • Help build robust Salesforce.com roadmap in collaboration with Sales, IT, and group partners for enhanced user experience, data insights & standard work enablement
  • Partner with Marketing & Sales Training teams to deliver best-in-class sales enablement experience globally
  • Continually evaluate and make recommendations on new SFDC-related technologies to support commercial priorities
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to track sales effectiveness strategies & tool utilization
  • Set up & maintain commercial operations bowler to supervise effectiveness of the function
  • Provide project management & PPI guidance & resources to wider commercial operations & sales teams on key initiatives
