Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience leading strategic sales teams and a proven track record of annual overachievement. Experience leading sales teams that sell through security channel partners, navigating complex sales cycles, and SaaS sales (cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security) is required. A background in successfully selling large deals to Fortune 1000 enterprises and experience using MEDDIC and developing pipeline are also necessary. Bonus points for experience in Cloud, Security, or Machine Learning.

Responsibilities

The Sales Director will lead, support, and inspire a team of 5-7 Strategic Sales Representatives, focusing on attracting top talent, nurturing growth, and empowering them to excel in new logo acquisition and account expansion. They will develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals, manage the sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing, and contribute to the Go-To-Market strategy. Occasional duties may be required outside standard working hours due to the remote-first, multi-timezone nature of the company.
