Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. They must also have 10-12 years of experience in consultative selling, demonstrating a proven ability to exceed sales targets and close complex deals involving multiple stakeholders. Strong domain expertise in Merchandising Analytics, Merchandising SaaS Solutions, and/or Merchandising AI technologies is required.

Responsibilities

The Sales Director, Merch Analytics will build and manage a robust sales pipeline, deliver accurate sales forecasts, proactively identify and acquire new clients, cultivate deep relationships with existing clients, and execute land-and-expand strategies. They will also serve as a trusted advisor to clients, conduct sales presentations and demonstrations, lead negotiations and close deals, perform market research and competitive intelligence, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
