The Director of Regional Field Sales will ensure the successful implementation and execution of sales strategy, analyzing performance and developing recommendations for improvement. They will lead and mentor a team of sales managers, fostering a high-performance culture and influencing store leaders to achieve sales targets, as well as oversee the implementation of the sales strategy across all retail locations within the region. Furthermore, they will deliver market-specific and operational tactics to support sales success, analyze customer purchasing patterns, and provide insights for course correction, informing structural components to enable effective sales execution.
