Candidates should possess demonstrable ability of building and closing their own pipeline within enterprise accounts, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in technology sales and a proven track record of exceeding annual targets. They should also have the ability to understand complex technical concepts and develop them into a consultative sale, along with excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels of an analytics organization.
As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for building, managing, and closing your own pipeline of companies that benefit from the dbt Cloud offering, managing and deepening the dbt Cloud footprint in existing accounts, optimizing our impact on these companies, engaging with technology partners and ecosystem service providers, leading and contributing to team projects that develop our sales process, and working with product to build and maintain the dbt Cloud enterprise roadmap.
