Grafana Labs is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business within the Pacific Northwest region. This role focuses on prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities with new customers, managing forecasts, and tracking customer data. The ideal candidate will embrace a consultative sales approach, prioritizing understanding customer needs before presenting product solutions. You'll play a key role in guiding customers through the trial phase and ensuring a smooth handover to the Customer Success team.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales
• Performance: Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer)
• Personality: Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, and a tenacious team player
• Adaptability: Experience in high-velocity technology companies
• Salesforce Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with open-source technology is a significant advantage
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in all channels (in-person, online, in writing) and the ability to build strong working relationships virtually and in person.
• Sales Methodology: Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Conduct outbound prospecting into net-new customers.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process, including:
  • Prospecting
  • Sales meetings
  • Product demos
  • Proofs of concept
  • Proposals
  • Negotiations
• Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
• Understand and convey the value of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
• Maintain expertise in managing the sales pipeline within Salesforce.
• Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
