Experience providing executive sponsorship on strategic, complex, and competitive opportunities, coupled with excellent analytical and presentation skills, is necessary. The ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences, build and nurture senior executive relationships, and successfully structure and close multi-million-dollar deals are crucial. Willingness to travel and experience adopting rigorous sales methodologies for accurate forecasting are also required. Fluency in English is mandatory.
The Sales Director / Country Lead for South Africa will be responsible for achieving revenue growth by designing and executing an industry-specific Go-To-Market strategy for South Africa. This includes managing a direct sales team with a focus on strategic account development to deliver transformational customer impact. The role involves communicating and aligning strategy across the UiPath ecosystem of GSIs, partners, and alliances to enhance customer impact. Responsibilities also include acting as an industry evangelist, representing UiPath's thought leadership through industry events and PR, and creating a high-performance culture focused on talent development, inclusion, wellbeing, and upholding UiPath values. Staying at the forefront of AI/Automation innovation to provide thought leadership for customers' mission-critical business challenges is key. The role requires heading up monthly and quarterly business reviews with account sponsors to track progress and establish reference accounts.
