A proven ability to drive sales teams in executing land and expand sales strategies is essential. Candidates should have demonstrated competence in effectively engaging and developing value-based relationships with Global 2000 C-level executives. A minimum of 7 years of experience, including third-line management, leading strategic software teams, preferably enterprise SaaS, is required. Additionally, 10+ years of experience in the software industry with recent enterprise SaaS experience, preferably on the business applications side, is necessary. Excellent interpersonal skills are also a requirement.
The Vice President, North America-Strategic Accounts will develop and lead the Strategic Accounts segment within the Large Enterprise sales organization, refining the sales strategy to accelerate growth across defined high-growth Global 2000 accounts in North America. This role involves scaling the business by refining sales motions, expanding executive relationships, incorporating the customer outcomes journey, and selling high-value solutions. The position requires recruiting, hiring, and developing a high-performing enterprise SaaS sales team, driving strategy to consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives, and increasing senior executive relationships with C-level executives. Responsibilities include developing trust-based relationships across various business functions, developing pricing/packaging and product competences for large, complex deals, and successfully executing all disciplines of sales management, including account/territory/opportunity planning, sales methodology execution, forecasting, and professional development. The role also involves coaching sales teams in executing a solution-based sales process and ensuring the disciplined use of sales management tools across the organization.
