Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; Master’s or MBA preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the commercial vehicle industry

Responsibilities

  • Managing and owning business relationships for all key Commercial Vehicles EMEA accounts, engaging with both technical and commercial stakeholders up to customer executive management level, driving sales execution and fostering high performance and collaboration
  • Overseeing key OE and OES accounts and ensuring achievement of annual financial commitments, including volume, pricing, warranty, and SG&A targets
  • Acting as a Global Customer Champion for selected accounts, driving global strategy execution and ensuring profitable business growth in alignment with regional strategies while strengthening relationships with executive management
  • Maintaining regular and strategic contact with customer executive management across purchasing, quality, engineering, and aftermarket functions
  • Driving effective budgeting, cost management, and resource utilization, and promoting continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and customer engagement practices
  • Leading commercial contract and pricing negotiations for assigned customers across regions, ensuring consistency and alignment with global priorities
  • Developing and executing overall sales and customer growth strategies, including strategic customer planning in collaboration with relevant functions and regions
  • Creating specialized programs to acquire new business and enhance existing business in OE & OES, with a focus on pricing, inventory planning, billing, product management, warranty adjustments, and promotional considerations
  • Driving corporate objectives and priorities, including enhancing customer and market intelligence and delivering value-added solutions
  • Managing the Commercial Vehicle business pipeline, tracking opportunities and volumes in alignment with strategic plans, and maintaining competitive insight
  • Providing critical input on customer expectations, satisfaction, and product launches to ensure alignment with market needs
  • Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver customer-centric and differentiating solutions
  • Supporting continuous improvement and quality initiatives, tracking KPIs, sales targets, and team performance to ensure accountability and results
