Candidates need 10+ years of quota-carrying sales experience to local MNOs preferably in Radio Access Networks, proven sales success across Asia with complex account management, strong technical knowledge of RAN technologies like Macro radios and O-RAN, experience leading cross-functional matrix teams, and excellent communication skills.
The role requires the ability to travel between countries in the region up to approximately 50% of the time.
A strong candidate has deep C-level relationships with regional MNOs, experience in consultative solution-led selling, strong analytical and strategic thinking, and familiarity with systems for productivity and forecasting, along with a degree in a relevant field.
