Requirements

Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment, strong organizational and time management skills, self-motivation, a results-driven approach, and eagerness to learn. Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business. They will learn from the sales team, develop a deep understanding of leads, conduct follow-up calls and emails, generate emails sequences, make cold-calls, and identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process.
