Summary: SDR, Mid-Market

As an SDR, Mid-Market, you will be responsible for breaking into new accounts and building relationships with contacts across all levels of target customer segments. This role is vital to the company's bottom line and involves collaboration with the wider sales team, market research to identify potential customers and leads, and qualifying these leads by understanding their onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, generating sales leads that convert into opportunities and closed business.
  • Learn from experienced sales team members and contribute to building the Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.
  • Educate and develop leads via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaigns.
  • Identify and understand each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and smooth handoffs to Account Executives.
  • Generate email sequences and conduct cold calls to map and penetrate target accounts.
  • Perform follow-up calls and emails until meetings are successfully scheduled.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work autonomously and source solutions independently.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.
  • You are smart and work hard.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit.
