Candidates should possess at least one year of work experience, prior experience as a Sales Development Representative is preferred but not required, and prior experience in hospitality, software, or sales is preferred but not required. Fluency in Spanish is a mandatory qualification, and candidates should demonstrate grit, determination to exceed goals, assertiveness, persistence, persuasiveness, and strong listening skills.
The Sales Development Representative will conduct persistent outreach to targeted prospects through dials and email, communicate our value proposition to decision-makers, qualify them for potential sales opportunities, deliver against a quota for qualified leads, leverage prospecting tools to research companies and identify key decision makers, collaborate closely with Account Executives to help them close accounts and accelerate pipeline growth, contribute towards optimizing the sales development approach, leverage Salesforce for lead and pipeline management, and participate in knowledge sharing, training updates, and process optimization.
